[A6] ANDROMEDA FAULTY BATCH

Serial number is *(21)10607045700596*. Voices 1, 4, 5, 9, 16 will not go 
in tune and it indicates voice 14 is out of tune even though its not. 
The first andromeda I received had random bad voices so this is 
definately a different problem from the first one I received. Time to 
jump in to the digital village replacement queue!!!
