Why confront it with a LAMM? Why not a Jupiter 8, Matrix12, Prophet 5...
?
Is this about choosing THE best anapoly synth.? Then, I'm sorry to tell
you that you've got it all wrong. There is NO best synth. for everyone.
No one can decide for everybody which is the best synth. Someone can
decide that only for himself whatever we're talking about analog,
digital, hybrid, mono or poly, synths.

I never saw metal keys! You gotta show me that! =:O)
K k... kidding...
The A6 is not 100% metal... you don't believe me?

You never put any FXs in your productions? LOL k k...
Or is this one of these usual counter arguments as the Virus from Access
has?
I find them so versatile and great! And anyway the A6 has a bypass
function to keep a 100% audio analog signal path.
By the way, something I'm thinking... If you got a second hand J6... why
didn't you try to get a second hand A6 from a production series that
works ? It's not the synth's fault if it doesn't work (I never saw a
synth. build itself) or if there is a faulty production series. Numark
owning Alesis is the one to blame.
