[A6] synthesis stuff

i was having a problem getting an idea to work on the A6. Well right as I
started to write this email, i was able to solve my own problem, so i'll share.

Essentially, I wanted to have the release 1 stage of the VCA trigger an LFO
modding a parameter on OSC2. my first attempts were to try to mod the R1 stage
of the VCA, but couldn't get it to work (even though VOXTRG was set to ONTRG).
then i tried to go through the LFO trg page and do the same thing with no luck.
But it finally occurred to me--the mod would actually go on OSC2, since that is
what ultimately was to be modded. So i set mod3 of OSC2 to LFO2. I then set the
TRG source of the LFO to ENV3 release1, and set enable ON. Seems to work great
now. 
The type (neg, pos, bipolar, etc) didn't seem to have an effect on the LFO
triggering though. it would seem that since the R1 is descending, a positive
setting wouldn't work. can anyone tell me why this happens? what am i missing
here? is it because the VCA is only positive?
