Hi Richard,

what about other CC's with different controllers?  are they similarly 
constricted for you?

did you try remapping the windsynth to a different CC?

basically there are several possibilities:

1) it's the CC you're using
2) it's the patch(es) you're using
3) it's the controller you're using
4) it's some part of the midi signal chain between controller and A6
5) the a6 forces all incoming CC values to have a minimum of ~20, not 1.
