Well, it's basically one sequence of two 7/4 bars. I
synced both the sequencer and LFO1 to the master
clock: the sequencer with a period size of a quarter
note, the LFO an 8th triple.

I then set up a modulation from LFO1 to the ENV2
re-trigger, and set the ENV2 modulation for filter2
about 50. The LFO1 amplitude is modulated by the
ribbon, but that could just as easily be done by mod
wheel or aftertouch. The idea is that as soon as
LFO1's amplitude is high enough, ENV2 gets retriggered
exactly three times as fast as the sequencer, giving
the 'ratcheting' effect. 

The track itself is some basic experimentation with
that plus some extra filter modulations (ribbon,
modwheel) thrown in for good measure.
