[A6] A6 KEYS ARE GETTING STUCK

Yeah, a fast switch between program and mix usually kills the
voices. Which is still a real treat in the middle of your tune when
you have sequences running.
I showed up at rehearsal last week to have the opposite problem: no
voices triggering, EVER. After going through every conceivable
possibility, I gave up and Soft button 4'ed, and inited global
memory. That solved it. And also reset my mix program change and
master sync settings, among other things. Ok then.
