[A6] A6 Banker update

Dear list,

Wanted to let you all know that my Andromeda SysEx utility for 
Windows "A6 Banker" has just been updated to version 1.41.103
New features include:
	- rename programs, mixes and banks
	- split banks into individual programs / mixes
	- initialize Mix with user-defined default setup

BTW: im also working on a new app for the Andromeda called "Mix 
Maker". As the name suggests it is all about setting up Mixes. We all 
know the A6 menu & display system are not ideally suited for this 
particular task. Mix Maker aims to fill that gap. It's almost in beta 
stage and will be available "real soon". stay tuned!
