[A6] Cubase Device Map

I am also looking for an A6 instrument definition (.ins) file for use with Sonar 5.

Do a couple of us need to get together to create these, er what?

Does anyone have an A6 Device map for cubase that they would be so kind to 
share? Also have any of you Cubase users actually created Device Panels for the 
A6 in Cubase?
