[A6] Defective voices and other anomalies

I could not say about your tuning problems, but my
experience with microprocessor-controlled hardware is
that it's never a good idea to switch it on again too
soon after switching it off. 5 seconds just may not be
enough for all charges to disappear from the system
(or whatever is causing it).
