[A6] problem with amp env graphic display

Keep in mind that there are only 3 'levels' here, and
that not all 3 make sense to display at all times. The
SUSTAIN level in the graph always follows the movement
of the knob on the panel. The D2LEVEL only makes sense
if both decay times (D1TIME and D2TIME) have values
that are greater than zero. Otherwise, it will not be
visible. Similarly, you will only see the R2LEVEL
change if the release 1 time (R1TIME) is greater than
zero. Did you try this?
