[A6] README: Recent list problems

sorry, I am confused - didn't you just offer to open a forum? I was just  
responding to this offer.

Frankly, I don't really care. I thought exchanging gopher for mosaic was  
wrong in the first place, so I can live perfectly with a mailing list. So  
*if* there was a forum I'd be in it.
