[A6] A6 - cubase SX3

hi all,

i'm just getting the A6 setup in our studio and we're having a weird 
lock up scenario.

i've got the A6 in program or mix mode with the keyboard set up to send 
note information over midi only rather than locmid.  we've then got a 
few tracks in cubase chucking out midi to a few channels fine no 
problems.  then on the first touch of the keyboard cubase locks up and 
needs rebooting.

anyone encountered this?  we have it running fine like this in sonar 5.
