[A6] looading sysex

Dunno what happened but midi ox,Send SX are working fine now!
1 Week ago I installed a driver for another audio interface and uninstalled
it again.
Maybe that caused the difference but I'm not sure.
Even Banker is now working fine sending and receiving banks but still when I
close it down I get
error messages and I have to use the job list to close it. I'm quite certain
that this is a Vista thing.
