[A6] Update and HELP!!!

Update everyone...
   
  Good news: I purchased an A6 second hand off of E-bay and am loving the phatness...
   
  Bad news:  Although it autotunes ok, it doesn't hold it's tune on slow, sustained patches like Pre2 #40 Silk Strings? and drifts on chord changes.  If I replay the chord it will then go into tune.  It is unusable.  It's not under warranty.  What should I do?  Should I contact Alesis first and see if they will do a repair or should I take it to TSI?  Any idea what this is going to cost me?
