  My Andromeda is back, repaired, alive, in one piece, sounding beautiful.  Dear God I don't know how much to thank everyone involved: Jack at Alesis in the parts department, Justin Baro for getting me to T.S.I., the people I spoke with at T.S.I. who were courteous and efficient throughout, and the people who did the repair, perfectly (replaced the main board, which got zapped, perhaps by static electricity, but zapped in any event).
